Levent Özdemir was born in 1971 in Elazığ. After completing his primary and secondary education there, he moved to Istanbul to attend Kabataş Boys' High School. Following his graduation, he studied Geological Engineering at Istanbul University while simultaneously working as an assistant at one of Turkey’s leading advertising agencies. In January 1996, he founded Levent Özdemir Communication and Advertising Services on his own, marking the beginning of his independent journey in the industry. For the past 27 years, Levent has been involved in numerous successful advertising campaigns, taking on roles as a creative director, copywriter, and producer. As a professional photographer, he has captured stunning images and directed impactful commercials that tell brand stories in the most compelling way. He also provides video production services, handling everything from equipment and actor sourcing to location scouting and permit acquisition. With a deep passion for cinema, Levent Özdemir took on the mission to represent Turkish cinema globally with his film, RUS’UN OYUNU. He has also adapted many of his own stories into screenplays, aiming to introduce a fresh dimension to Turkish cinema.
